Code of conduct at Hyllie Bryggeri and Stormgatan taproom & bistro
In order to create a safe and including environment for all individuals, employees aswell as guests, we expect everyone to follow our code of conduct and refrain from actions and expressions that violates these rules.
At our premises the following are strictly forbidden:
- Harassments of any kind
- offensive comments or discrimination against sex, sex identity, sexual orientation, functional capacity, mental health, body shape, age, ethnicity or religion.
- Unwelcome comments about another persons lifestyle choices, including dietary habits, health, parenting, drug use or job situation
- intentional or repeatedly misgendering of another individual.
- Diminution or expressed prejudices.
- Physical contact without consent or repeated physical contact after request to stop.
- Threats and bullying, including encouragement of self-harming.
- Intimate sexual attention without consent
- Publication of private dialogue or photos without consent.
- physical, verbal or written abuse.
- behavior or comments that discourages another individual to report violation of these codes of conduct.
If you notice that another individual, guest or employee, violates these rules you could either invoke the staff's attention or report it anonymously to our whistle-blowing function. We use an external consultant firm to receive all the messages that are reported.
